UndoVPS provides VPS backup, monitoring, and management tools. The Service includes software (the "Agent") that you install on your servers and a web-based dashboard.

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your account and deletion of your backup data.
